i) Manage the electronic and physical oversight of all sales-related contracts, ensuring that all accounts that are up for extension are correctly identified. And that agreements are kept in a safe setting, with adequate manual and electronic backups taken on a regular basis.

ii) Use Sales Force to modify individual data and give reports at the Director of Sales & Marketing’s request.

iii) React to customer and client inquiries professionally to ensure that the department provides a professional and prompt service. The service must be available on weekends and throughout trip periods. A method will be needed to schedule team members to conduct management over the weekends.

iv) Create and modify a PowerPoint presentation to highlight unique sales and event prospects.

v)  Collaborate with Opera to enter new bookings and monitor the reporting/operational condition.

vi) Make sure that every interaction with one another is conducted in polished, well-organized English, with special attention paid to spelling and punctuation.

vii) To compile monthly data on sales and marketing strategies in compliance with the Director of Sales & Marketing’s instructions.

viii) Monthly examination of the competition (competitive set) webpage material.

ix) Research and administration of initiate-opening business plans, annual business plans, and a variety of planning papers as determined by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

x) All additional administrative and project-related activities for the departments of Sales, Marketing, and Catering.
